Dr. Rashida Willard is the Principal Executive Officer of Collective Work Consulting, LLC. Throughout her career, she has developed, directed and managed initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

Dr. Willard develops strategies to help organizations excel in their diversity, equity and inclusion goals - leading with authenticity and accountability. With twenty years’ experience in risk mitigation, she consistently brings an equity framework to her management, leadership, and consulting practices.
